It’s come down to one game for all the marbles between the Nelson Leafs and Grand Forks Border Bruins.
Okay, maybe not all the marbles but a chance to stay away from meeting the Beaver Valley Nitehawks in the first round of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League Divisional Playoffs.
Nelson Leafs played a solid playoff-style game, combining good defence with timely scoring to edge the Spokane Braves 2-0 in KIJHL action Friday night in the Lilac City.
