Garnet Rogers plays EXPRESSIONS

Clear your schedule for a unique performances by legendary Canadian folk music singer/songwriter, Garnet Rogers, on Sunday, September. 16, 8 p.m. at Nelson’s newest live performance venue, EXPRESSIONS.
Roger’s music, like the man himself, is literate, passionate, highly sensitive, and deeply purposeful.
Cinematic in detail, Rogers sings extraordinary songs about people who are not obvious heroes and of the small victories of the everyday. As memorable as his songs, his over-the-top humour and lightning-quick wit has been moving his audience from tears to laughter and back again for decades.
Advance tickets for are now available at Expressions at 554 Ward Street in Nelson. Tickets are $30 plus hst and can be purchased until Thursday, Sept. 13, 4 p.m. Remaining tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis on the night of the show.
Rogers also requests audience members bring a non-perishable food donation for the Nelson Food Cupboard.
