Cops for Kids have partnered with the Crescent Valley Fire Department to host a car and bike show for enthusiasts and families, with all proceeds to directly assist children in crisis.

The weekend showcases antique and collectible cars and motorcycles all polished up to raise money for local children.

The inaugural event goes Saturday (June 11th) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with numerous trucks, cars, motorcycles and boats on display for families to view and a silent auction supporting Cops for Kids.

Admission is by donation, and all are welcome to come to the Crescent Valley Fire Hall to check out the displays.

“We’re excited to host this event to support Cops for Kids,” said rider and event organizer BC Sheriffs Rob Crowder.

“I’m proud to be a part of this charity as a rider on the team in September, and this event is a great way for our community to give back to one that helps so many local children.”

Funds raised through the event will support Cops for Kids, who raise money throughout the year to support ongoing requests from families living within South Eastern BC facing illness, disability or traumatic crisis.

Vehicle registration takes place starting at 8am Sunday morning at the Crescent Valley Fire Hall.

Vehicle Registration is $15 each.
