Streetcar#23 is up and running for the season until Thanksgiving.
Nelson’s beloved Streetcar #23 is running again.
This historical marvel is a fully functional streetcar that was once in use here in Nelson in the first half of the 20th century.
The society is all volunteer driven and our streetcar is one of Nelson’s most interesting attractions.
The Streetcare society welcomes the public to come for a ride and share in the wonderful history at the museum and gift shop at the halfway point of the run from Lakeside Park to the Prestige Lakeside Resort.
The trolley runs every day from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. all summer long.
It leaves every half hour on the half hour from Lakeside Park. Fares: by donation (suggested donation $3).
