Bombers need overtime to clip Falcons

The L.V. Rogers Bombers outlasted Salmo Falcons 28-21 in overtime during West Kootenay High School Junior Girl’s Basketball action Wednesday at the Hangar in Nelson.
The action was the first of the season for the Junior Bombers.
Cayenne Caney led the Bombers with nine points while Madeline Holitzki added eight points.
The teams were tied 19-19 after regulation time.
