RDCK transfer station holiday hours

The Regional District of Central Kootenay transfer stations and landfills will be closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
All resource recovery facilities scheduled to be open on December 24 and 31 will close at 2 pm.
To celebrate the holiday season and encourage residents to recycle and compost during December and January at any RDCK transfer station or landfill:
- Recycle residential outdoor and tree holiday lights for FREE
- Compost residential Christmas trees for $2.50 each
