HOOVER, Winifred (nee) Luckett
HOOVER, Winifred nee. Luckett of Castlegar passed away at Trail hospital on November 17, 2015 after a brief illness at the age of 92 years.
Win was born in Kelowna, BC on July 27, 1923. She was sadly predeceased by her husband Roy in 2002 and her step-son Keith in 1999.
Left to mourn are her step-sons Gordon (Barbara) Hoover, Byron Hoover, and Wayne (Ev) Hoover as well as 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. There will be a celebration of her life at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at St. Andrews Anglican Church, 4619 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna with Reverend Anne Privett officiating.
