Wildcats edge Bombers 61-58

Rory Bond and Daniel Stewart combined for 38 points to lead the host Wildcats to a 61-58 victory over the L.V. Rogers Bombers in West Kootenay High School Boy’s Basketball action Wednesday at the Mount Sentinel Gymnasium.
Trailing 36-28 at recess, the Cats outscored the Bombers 38-32 in the second half to steal the victory.
Bond finished the game as the top scorer with 21 points while Stewart added 17.
For LVR Jiro Mangapot and Josh Jolicoeur each had 13 points.
