The Regional District Central Kootenay (RDCK) is pleased to announce that effective immediately, the Water Quality Advisory issued for South Slocan Water System has been rescinded.

On March 23, 2018, the RDCK issued a Water Quality Advisory as a precautionary measure due to spring runoff resulting in increased turbidity levels. Ongoing routine testing of turbidity levels indicate that they are now acceptable.

The RDCK appreciates South Slocan water users’ cooperation and patience during the advisory. For more information on your water system, please visit the website.
