Keremeos RCMP on the lookout for unknown man who exposes self to young girl

Keremeos RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating an unknown male who exposed himself to an adolescent female on April 16, 2015 at 5:40 p.m.
RCMP describe the man as being:
- Light skin, possibly Caucasian
- Somewhere in his 20’s
- short black hair, approx. 1-2 inches long
- dark coloured eyes
- approximately 57’ tall, slender build with muscular arms
- facial skin condition possibly acne
- tattoo of a lizard or dragon on right upper arm
- rings on every other finger on both hands
- piercing on left eyebrow
- gold bracelet on wrist
- no facial hair/clean shaven
The man was last seen wearing:
- blue shorts and grey tank top
- camouflage flip flops
- cigarette packages sticking out of his pockets
The vehicle driven is described as:
- believed to be a red single cab Ford pick-up truck
- truck may have have been using an Alberta Licence plate
- trailer hitch on the back with a tennis ball covering the hitch ball
