Santa and Mrs. Claus were joined by Nelson Police Chief Donovan Fisher, Nelson Fire and Rescue Services Chief Jeff Hebert, representatives from BC Ambulance, White Leblanc Wealth Planners and Salvation Army and Adventure Hotel General Manager Rob Little to ring in the festive season with the 12 Days of Giving Christmas Toy and Food Drive. — Submitted photo
Santa made a pitstop Sunday in Nelson to attend the 12 Days of Giving Christmas Toy and Food Drive at the Adventure Hotel.
The event started at Safeway on Anderson Street before the cavalcade of Emergency vehicles filled with toys and food hampers traveled to the Adventure Hotel parking lot on Hall Street.
Nelson business were joined by White Leblanc Wealth Planners, Santa, Mrs. Claus and a few Elves to assist the Salvation Army to help those less fortunate this holiday season.
