Bombers cruise to tournament win at Granite Pointe

The L.V. Rogers Bombers used home course advantage to capture the West Kootenay High School Golf Tournament Wednesday at Granite Pointe in Nelson.
The Bombers, paced by the red-hot scoring of Torrin Edmonds and Griffin Wanhella, won the tournament with an overall team score of 332.
Edmonds and Wanhella each carded seven-over-par 79 scores.
Second was Nakusp at 381 followed by J. Lloyd Crowe of Trail at 392 and Grand Forks at 427.
The Bombers squad also includes Ethan Wayling, Gabe Liddell, Miller Tedesco, Elliot Rude, Wyatt Westerlund and coach Simon Liddell.
