Nelson Minor Hockey benefits from Lions Club generous donation

The Nelson Lions Club is at it again.
The local organization has been busy supporting group in the Heritage City.
This time it was Nelson Minor Hockey on the receiving end of a generous donation by the Nelson Lion’s Club.
Recently, Lions Club Treasurer Bill Brown presented Lisa Upper of Nelson Minor Hockey with a cheque to the tune of $400.
This is just one of the many ways that the funds the Lions Club raise is returned to the community.
Next up for the Nelson Lions Club is the annual Pancake Breakfast, Saturday, July 1 on Baker Street in Nelson.
