Grad ceremonies on schedule this weekend at LVR

Despite a couple of weeks of labour unrest in the public school system, the 2014 L.V. Rogers High School Gradation Ceremonies will proceed as scheduled.
Most of the organization is being done by parents and volunteers.
Following a successful Talent Show, the celebrations continue Friday with the Cap and Gown Ceremony followed Saturday afternoon by the Grand March.
The ever-popular Cavalcade begins from the NDCC parking lot at 4 p.m., winding its way through the streets of Nelson.
The ceremonies conclude with the 2014 Grad Promenade.
