Mallard's Team of the Week — West Kootenay Roller Derby League

The West Kootenay Roller Derby League has not only been a hit in the arenas and gymnasiums around the region but also outside in the community.
The league likes to support various groups with a portion of the gate proceeds arrived from Doubleheader Events.
Recently the WKRDL presented the Nelson Womens Centre a cheque for $200 during the break at the recent bout at Castlegar’s Selkirk College Gymnasium.
Mallard’s Source for Sports, also a solid supporter of community projects, would like to add to the occasion by saluting the WKRDL with Team of the Week honours.
