Wildcats need a point to clinch third in weekend series against Ravens

The Kootenay Wildcats can wrap up third spot in the B.C. Female Midget Hockey League this weekend in Nelson by taking home at least one point in the series with the Pacific Ravens of Richmond.
The Cats currently lead the Ravens by three points entering the two game set at the NDCC Saturday (3:30 p.m. Civic Centre) and Sunday (8:45 a.m. NDCC Arena).
Last weekend Kootenay finish the League Super Weekend with a 2-2 mark, scoring wins over the Ravens and Prince George Cougars.
Finishing third would match the Wildcats againt the Okanagan Rockets in a best-of-three semi final in Kelowna.
