Nelson hosts second Teck Kootenay Cup series race Sunday

Time is running out on competitors eager to enter the next race in the Teck Kootenay Cup series Sunday at the Nelson Nordic Ski Trails.
This is the second race of the Teck Kootenay Cup series, set for the Nelson Nordic Ski Trails near Apex, 10 kilometers south of Nelson on Highway 6.
The first race was held earlier this month at the BlackJack Trails near Rossland.
Skiers from Kimberley and Rossland are expected to join the host Nelson Nordic Club members.
Sunday’s event is a Mass Start Free Technique race and Cross Country Canada Rules and Regulations apply.
