Volway (Denommee), Rita

On Monday, August 15th, 2016 Rital Volway passed away at the Kootenay Lake Hospital in Nelson, BC. Rita Volway (Denommee) was born on January 29th, 1929 in Sudbury, Ontario.

Rita is survived by her daughter, Doreen Brown, grandson Grant (Cathy) Carlisle, great-granddaughters Chyanne and Jeaninne all of Nelson, BC and great-grandson Daniel of Niagara Falls, Ontario, brother Silva (Evelyn) Denommee of Montreal, sister Jackie (Everett) Trombley of St. Catharines, Ontario as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents Arthur and Marie-Louise Denommee, grandson Gary Carlisle, brothers Joe, Vic, Osias, Midas, and Larry Denommee, sisters Doreen Dundas, Blanche Ratelle, Aurore Chisolm, Yevette Perreault and Florence Desroche.

There will be no service at this time. Interment will take place in Ontario at a later date.
