It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Mary Miller, of Nelson, British Columbia, on Friday, June 16, 2023, at the age of 91 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children; Rod (Chris), Alan (Arlis), Danny (Lee), David (Teresa), Tim (Karen), Marlo, Yvonne (Vince), eighteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, as well as many relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Herb, sons Glenn & Randi, mother Lily McKenzie, and uncle Stewart.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023
High Noon (12:00 pm) at the
Prestige Lakeside Resort in the Grand Ballroom
Doors open at 11:00 am
The family wishes to send a special thanks to her doctors and all the nurses and staff from the Interior Health Home and Community Care for all their compassion and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the “Nelson & District Hospice Society”, the “Kootenay Lake Hospital” or a charity of your choice in Mary’s memory.
