Carolyn Rose Dukart (Kelly) (Kohout)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carolyn Rose Dukart (Kelly) (Kohout) after a courageous battle with cancer.
Carol is survived by her three children, Debbie (James), Richard and Donna, five grandsons, Ray Kelly, Cody and Kyle Pleysier, and Tyler and Jeremy Mondini, brothers and sisters, Sandra (Larry), Florie (Ed), Lorraine, Frank (Maggie), Henry (Lisa), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Carol is predeceased by her parents, Tony and Alexandria, husbands, Richard Kelly and Jerry Kohout and three children, Bonnie, Billy, and David Kelly.
She was known at Kootenay Lake District Hospital for her many years of service in the kitchen and later on as a cleaner in the O.R. department. She was a very dedicated and hard working person.
She will be sadly missed and never forgotten by her surviving family and numerous friends for her strength, kindness, courage and spirited personality.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at the Catholic Church on Ward Street, Monday, April 25, 2011 at 10AM. If friends wish to make a donation in her memory, please do so with the Cancer Society of BC, Box 292, Nelson, BC V1L 5P9.
