Arcovio, Raffaela
It is with deep sadness that the family of Raffaela Arcovio announces her sudden passing on March 9, 2016 at the age 87. Raffaela is survived by her children: Leonard (Laura) and John (Janet) of Calgary, AB, daughter Teri and sons Joe and Mario all of Nelson, BC. She was especially loved and will be missed by her grandchildren: Cerise, Jon-Selby, Dan, Stefano, Carlo and Selena. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews and extended family in Italy and many loving friends. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years Serafino and her son James.
Her life’s work was her devotion to her home and family. Her beautiful spirit always shone through in her positive outlook on life. Her sense of humour, generous spirit and grace will be missed by all.
The family wishes to extend its thanks and appreciation to all her friends for their support and kindness during this period.
