According to Statistics Canada, approximately 3.3 million Canadians have trouble sleeping, and up to 15% of Canadians experience pain to a degree that it affects daily activities — a number that rises with age.

Almost everyone experiences these and other challenges such as weight issues, anxiety, and fear.

Two self-help workshops led by Dr. John Tamiazzo offered in Nelson in May address these and other issues and offer tools to build self-healing skills and self-confidence.

The workshops, entitled Imagery and Self-Hypnosis for Health, take place Saturday and Sunday May 26-27.

Early Bird registration deadline is May 10.

Following seven principles of successful imagery and self-hypnosis, these workshops are designed for optimum personal well-being towards healthy, positive living and interpersonal relationships.

John A. Tamiazzo, PhD, is a renowned expert in the fields of human potential, neuroscience, health, wellness, and Transpersonal Psychology.

Transpersonal Psychology is integration of both eastern and western Psychology and explores human consciousness as it relates to empowerment, peak achievement, creativity, innovation, and the spiritual dimension.
