Nelson & District Women’s Centre pleased to welcome new Executive Director, Terri-Lynn Wilkinson

The Nelson & District Women’s Centre is pleased to welcome its new Executive Director, Terri-Lynn Wilkinson.
“I’m so excited to be in a position of serving and supporting women,” Wilkinson says. “I’m eager to jump into the many projects, services and activities the Women’s Centre offers, especially as we look to re-opening.”
Wilkinson’s arrival coincides with the launch of the Women’s Centre’s community survey, part of the Centre’s engagement process.
This survey is available to all West Kootenay women and explores their concerns and needs, and how the Women’s Centre might respond.
“It’s a great time to be asking those questions,” Wilkinson says. “We want the Centre to be relevant and meaningful, and as we start this new chapter we will benefit from the survey results.”

All women in the West Kootenay are encouraged to share their thoughts. The deadline is Sunday July 18.
