During the coronavirus pandemic, Mallard’s Source for sports continues to dip into the past to showcase teams from yesteryear in this edition of Team of the Week.
The Nelson Oldtimers Hockey Club is featured as Team of the Week, standing on the ice for a team photo after capturing the Penticton Tournament.
The team includes, Don Ball, Shorty Malacho, Hugh Hooker, Ernie Moisey, Norm Hickman, Keith Stewart, Leroy Mowery, Buck Crawford, Al Roemer, Howie Hornby, Corky Agar, Ted Hargreaves, Wayne “Macker” McElroy, Bill Freno and Brian Russell.
