Mallard's Team of the Week — Nelson Community Food Centre

The Nelson Community Food Centre, located at 602 Silica Street in Nelson, is a proud partner of Community Food Centres Canada. This non-profit organization builds health, belong and social justice in communities across Canada as well as Nelson through the power of food.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NCFC was forced to suspend all programs other than the Good Food Bank, which now runs Wednesdays from 1-5 p.m. from the main door of the Nelson United Church.
Mallard’s Source for sports would like to salute the Nelson Community Food Centre with Team of the Week for their efforts during the COVID-19 crisis.
Some of the workers at Nelson Community Food Centre include Michaela Woeller, Jess Chant, Amy Villeneuve, Andrew Creighton and Sherri Kyle.
