Mallard's Team of the Week — Freak n Farmer NPD Team

Members and staff at the Nelson Police Department stepped out of uniform for the weekend to attend the Freak n Farmer Obstacle Race Saturday in Oliver.
The NPD Team competed against hundreds of other competitors in the 10-kilometer race at Covert Farms in the South Okanagan.
Competitors flipped tires, swung across mud pits, ran up and down hills and through cow fields, climbed over obstacles, waded into pools of water and crawled under barbed wire over the 10-or-20 kilometer course.
Mallard’s Source for sports would like to salute the NPD squad with Team of the Week.
The team includes, Sebastien Fazzino, Jen Kidd, Terry Kidd, Justin Pelant, Paul Bayes, Sue Zukowski, Shawn Zukowski, Dino Falcone, Pat Perkins, Fred Thomson, Shiloh Perkins and Tanya Finley.
