Mallard's Team of the Week — Nelson Boxing Club

The Nelson Boxing Club has been making waves here in the Heritage City.
Now the club has found a spot in the provincial ring after returning from the B.C. Boxing Provincials in Abbotsford with a handful of medals — a few of the gold colour.
Riel Martinez, Samson Berkeley, Elias Martinez and Max Berkeley all won their respective bouts against some tough competition in the Fraser Valley.
The future looks very bright for Elias Martinez and Samson Berkeley, who will travel to Edmonton in March to compete for Team B.C. at the national championships.
And to add icing on the cake, Nelson Boxing Club head coach Jesse Pineiro was voted runner up for coach of the year.
