Nelson Food Cupboard presents — Like The Dickens

It’s that time of the year again.
Time to sit back, relax, and listen – in candlelight, among friends – to a reading of Charles Dickens’ beloved seasonal classic, A Christmas Carol.
This year’s local celebrity readers will be Geoff Burns, Aryn Sherriff, Anna Purcell, Richard Rowberry, and Craig Korth.
This event promises to be both animated and heartwarming, a wonderful way to meditate on the meaning of the season and raise money for the Nelson Food Cupboard at the same time.
Come join us at the Nelson United Church, this Sunday, Dec 17 at 7 p.m. Admission by donation.
