Keep those gas meters clear of snow

It’s time to at least exhale after last week’s snowfall in the West Kootenay/Boundary region.
Now that there’s been a reprieve of winter weather, FortisBC would like to remind customers to keep their natural gas meter and outside vents clear of ice and snow.
“Clear a path to your meter whenever you shovel your driveway to make sure it can be accessed safely by you, a meter reader or emergency responders,” said FortisBC Amy Bunton Corporate Communications Advisor in a media release.
