PUBLIC MEETING — CHOOSE BALFOUR FERRY LANDING SAVE QUEENS BAY

The Ferry Landing Partnership a collaboration of the Balfour Ferry Businesses Coalition and Queens Bay Residents’ Association is hosting a public meeting Thursday, June 23 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Balfour Hall in Balfour.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. Introduce and outline the purpose the Balfour Ferry Businesses Coalition and Queens Bay Residents Association Ferry Landing Partnership.
2. Discuss how we can take advantage of the present consultation process and options for us to extend the process.
3. Outline what the working group sees as the principal shortcomings of the Ministry’s feasibility study and gather information, ideas and talent from the community.
4. Frame our strategy going forward.
Organizers look forward to seeing as many people as possible at the meeting and is looking for moral support, volunteer workers, helpful talent or experience, local information, good ideas and recommendations.
