Mallard's Team of the Week — BC Sr Men's Champs Team Ursel

Bob Ursel and Dave Stephenson of the Okanagan and Kootenay Boys, Fred Thomson of Nelson and Don Freschi of Trail made it look easy, dominating the opposition en route to the e BC Senior Men’s Curling Championship in Richmond.
The final saw the foursome cut through the Wes Craig rink like a hot knife through butter, 7-2 to claim the provincial crown.
The rink now prepares to represent BC at the Canadian Senior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships March 28 to April 2 in Digby, N.S.
Mallards Source for sports would like to salute the rink with Team of the Week honours and wish the curlers well in their quest for a Canadian crown and trip to the Worlds in Europe.
