Mallard's Team of the Week — L.V. Rogers Bombers Cross Country Squad

The L.V. Rogers Cross Country Team is off to the BC High School Championships Saturday in Vancouver after qualifying with a solid result at the recent Kootenay Championships in Kimberley.
The team will be competing against all the top schools from the province, with more than 1000 runners scheduled to race.
LVR’s top athlete this year has been Micah May who has won all seven of the preliminary races, along with the zone championship.
May also, earlier this year, placed fourth out of over 200 runners in a race in Richland Washington running against some of the top runners from the states of Washington and Idaho.
Mallards Source for sports would like to honour the LVR squad with Team of the Week accolades.
The team includes, Coach Alex Ulaszonek, Tibo Kolmel, Keiran Marchand, Darien Johnson, Malte Liedtke, Julia Caspari, Micah May, Sophie Edney, Emilie Melzer, Carolin Klopfstock, Sidney Zimmer and Ronya Fastner.
