KIS, NDCU salute community on Community Appreciation Day

Kootenay Insurance Services Ltd. invites the public to attend the First Annual Community Appreciation in conjunction with Nelson & District Credit Union’s Member Awareness Day on Wednesday (May 28) from noon until 4 p.m.
KIS employees are acknowledging the entire Community and in particular the many Emergency Responders who support our wellbeing on a daily basis.
KIS is so thankful for the Community we live in, and the many Emergency Responders who assist us daily and will be recognizing these people — Nelson Police, RCMP, Nelson and Beasley Fire and Rescue, Nelson Search and Rescue will be on site throughout the day.
Throughout the day there will be many workshops for the public to attend — home Inspections, electrical hazards, emergency preparedness and the standard claims process.
At 3 p.m. there will be a formal Thank You Presentation to all of our Emergency Responders.
