The staff at the Kootenay Co-op joined in on Robbie Burns Day by dressing up for the occasion.

Scotland’s best know poet, Robbie Burns was born on January 25, 1759, and his birthday is marked around the world with dinners featuring the oatmeal and offal-laden national dish of Scotland, plenty of single malt, and the traditional recitation of Burns’s poem Address to a Haggis.

Getting into the spirit are Kootenay Co-op staff, from left, Anneke Rosch, Marnie C, Julia Cedar and Cheryl Bowden.
