Val Kilmer and the New Coke has dedicated the last five years of their life into pumping the magic of the 80’s back into the hearts and souls of people of all ages.
New Year’s Eve the band is going to rock in 2014 at Finley’s Irish Pub.
With humble beginnings as the teeny tiny brain-child of some dude with really big hair, VK has become no stranger to a packed dance floor, covering hits ranging from the Cult to the Cure, Modern English to Micheal Jackson, and Blondie to the Beastie Boys.
Tuesday (December 31), Val Kilmer would be proud to hear that the band has included in their lineup two new members and long time musicians in the Kootenays, Robin Sittig and Marc-Andre Hamelin.
With a fresh new vibe, VK will be playing several new songs and continue to make Val Kilmer wish he actually played in this band.
Now composed of five devastatingly talented, good looking, charismatic, yet modest musicians, Val Kilmer and the New Coke will sweep audiences off their feet in a whirlwind of synth lasers, tight and bright attitude, and in your face rocking fun.
