There’s a new house on the block . .  . houses a little smaller than the traditional bungalow style.

Nelson Tiny Houses is hosting an open house on Saturday and Sunday (November 2-3) at Ellison’s Market.

Nelson Tiny Houses will be showcasing their latest house, called the Acorn.

It is a beautifully constructed, immaculately designed tiny house with a 136 sq. ft. footprint, and will add value, function and aesthetic appeal to any property.

Seth Reidy and Tobias Gray from Nelson Tiny Houses will be on site both days from 10  a.m. to 4 p.m. to answer questions, give tours, and take orders for future building projects.

Nelson Tiny Houses is part of a growing movement in affordable, environmentally-friendly living. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, design, and reclaimed building materials, Nelson Tiny Houses provides an economical and conscientious option for a wide variety of people.

Tiny houses make it easy for a first-time homeowner to enter the real-estate market while existing homeowners value the ease with which a guest-house, extra bedroom, office or rental suite can be added to their land.

The simplicity and beauty of tiny houses have a universal appeal, and Nelson Tiny Houses invites everyone to come down to Ellison’s Market on the first weekend of November to check out the Acorn and see for themselves.
