Mallard's Team of the Week — Team Wined it Up

The event raised more than $80,000.
One team, Team Cranked Up, brought in more than $9,000.
Not to be outdone was Team Wined it Up which came a close second at more than $7,500 raised for MS Research.
Not bad says the folks at Mallard’s Source for sports which selected the squad Team of the Week.
The West Kootenay Glacier Challenge MS Bike tour had cyclists trek from New Denver to Nelson one day and Nelson to New Denver the next to help find a cure while getting a whole of exercise and scenery looking.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an inflammatory disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord and damaged.
The Nelson Daily Ad Manager John McCuaig (pictured far left) also wanted to add some appreciation with a dinner voucher for Team Wined it Up.
