Grub helps celebrate the harvest season in style Thursday at Anglican Church Hall

For people in love of good food and great music, the invitation has been extended to celebrate the harvest season in style at Grub, a fun and exciting locavore mixer.
This event will highlight many delicious appetizers and treats from some of Nelson’s finest restaurants and café’s such as the All Seasons Café, Bibo and Cantina del Centro Grounded Café.
There will also be delicious foods provided by local farms such as Ravine Creek farms, White Crow Farms and Roots and Vines Acres. All of this will be complemented with live jazz, local beer, and BC wine.
There will also be a special guest speaker, Jon Steinman, who will be on hand to give a teaser of his upcoming television show Deconstructing Dinner.
This event will be held at the Anglican Church Hall at Ward and Carbonate in Nelson Thursday (October 3) from 5-8 p.m. The cost will be $12 for EcoSociety members, $15 non-members or you can become a member at the door and get in free.
So come celebrate the best that the Kootenay’s has to offer come on down to Grub, a celebration of local foods.
