Nelson's Olivia Marshman holds garage sale to help raise money for Canada’s Youth Challenge International in Tanzania

Nelson’s Olivia Marshman continues on her goal to raise enough money to be part of the Canada’s Youth Challenge International (YCI) project by hosting a Garage Sale of all Garage Sales Saturday and Sunday at 816 Silica Street.
The sale begins at 7 a.m. both days with all monies raised going toward helping Marshman cover expenses for the upcoming Youth Challenge International in Tanzania.
Marshman, was selected to represent Canada on Youth Challenge ten-week placement from October to mid-December in Tanzania.
However, the L.V. Rogers graduate needs to raise almost $6,000 to cover expenses.
Marchman hopes this weekend’s garage sale helps close in on the Ttotal before the September 9 deadline.

YCI is a registered Canadian charity, that donates 88 percent of funds back into communities, issues tax receipts for any donation larger then $25.
