Mallard's Team of the Week — Nelson Selects U14 Boys

The Nelson Selects managed to knock off regional rival Kootenay South to claim the gold medal in the U14 Boys Division Sunday at the Terry Walgren Rep Soccer Tournament at the Lakeside Pitch.
Jaydon Wouters, Parker Shaw-Lazier and Jona Caney scored for the Selects during the 3-1 win the gold medal match.
Nelson gained a bit of revenge on Kootenay South, winners of the round robin match between the two clubs 2-1. The Selects also defeated Kootenay East 3-0 and Creston 4-0.
The folks at Mallard’s Source for Sports would like to add to the celebration by naming the Selects Team of the week.
