Mallard's Team of the Week — LVR Rec Leadership

The Rec Leadership students boldly went were few classes have gone before to raise more than $1700 at the second annual Christmas Fundraiser held recently at the LVR Hangar.
There was a pancake breakfast, a silent auction, Christmas crafts, a bake sale along with children’s games and picture opportunities with Santa.
The Rec Leadership class will now donate the money to Nelson Salvation Army ($500) and Nelson Kidsport ($1200).
Staff at Mallard’s Source for Sport would like to give a big round of applause to the class with Team of the Week honours.
