Mallard's Team of the Week — Mount Sentinel Wildcats

The Mount Sentinel Varsity Wildcats saw some positive to what has been a rather long season on the high school volleyball courts by capturing the Mount Baker Wild Boy’s Tournament recenlty in Cranbrook.
After disposing of Fernie Falcons in the quarterfinals and Sparwood in the semi finals, the Cats outlasted host AAA power Mount Baker 2-1 in the championship final.
The win was especially positive as the Cats were in Cranbrook to compete in the Kootenay High School AA Boy’s Zone Final against Sparwood, Fernie and Elkford.
Staff at Mallard’s Source for Sports want to give the Cats a boost toward a provincial berth with Team of the Week honours.
