Mallard's Team of the Week — LVR Bombers Fieldhockey

The L.V. Rogers Bombers Fieldhockey squad is eager to get the playoffs started after posting a defeat over Stanley Humphries Rockers to close out the West Kootenay High School Girl’s Fieldhockey regular season.
The Bombers face the Rockers in the semi final. The winner meets Rossland for all the marbles, and the Zone title along with a trip to provincials in November.
Staff and management at Mallard’s Source for Sports would like to jump start the playoff run with Team of the Week honours.
The Bombers include, back row, L-R, Ava Strautman, Sam Garbula, Chiara Chirico, Jesse Cooper, Sydney Ednie, Rochelle Pearson, Lauren Walgren, Ema Borhi, Carina Petrat, Anna Goeppner, Chelsea Chirico, coach Bruce Walgren, Coach- Claire Hewson and Jena Wheeldon.
