Clinton explosion claims two men and a dog
An explosion near Clinton in the B.C. Interior has claimed the life of two men and a dog.
On Sunday, at approximately 5 p.m. members of the Clinton RCMP detachment responded to a residential fire caused by an explosion in a rural area located 15 kilometers from Clinton.
Upon arrival, two men were found deceased as well as a dog. The cause of the explosion is unknown at this time.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Fire Commissioner, the BC Coroners Service and the RCMP.
The identities of the deceased are not being released pending notification of next of kin.
