The Nelson Junior Leafs and Nelson Junior Tidbit Tornados had it out Sunday afternoon during the Nelson Ford Novice Shootout tournament.
The game was just one of many enjoyable moments on the ice as the novice players from Spokane to Cranbrook flocked to the Heritage City for the annual event.
