Art show at Passmore Lodge

Art shows are a tradition at Passmore Lodge, featuring the work of West Kootenay artists, some of the finest in Canada.
In keeping with that tradition, an art show featuring the work of more than 20 local area artists will open on Friday, Oct. 21 at the Lodge.
The opening will be from 6:30-9:30 p.m. and will feature entertainment and refreshments: snacks, coffee and tea. The show will also be open on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
A ‘Peoples’ Choice’ modest cash award will be given to the artist receiving the most votes on Friday and Saturday.
The work will remain on display until Nov. 21. Sale proceeds will go directly to the artists. Visitors are always welcome at Passmore Lodge but the best times for drop in visits to view the work are Monday through Thursday from 1:30-3 p.m.
