Nation’s municipal leaders meeting in Nelson to discuss priorities ahead of parliament’s return

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ (FCM) national Board of Directors will meet in Nelson starting Wednesday ahead of Parliament’s return.
The 75-member Board will discuss municipal priorities including the development of a federal long-term infrastructure plan and the upcoming federal budget.
FCM’s Board of Directors comprises elected municipal officials and affiliate members from all regions and various-sized communities throughout Canada.
