Co-op week (Oct. 16-22) provides an opportunity for Canadian co-operative and credit union members to celebrate the fact that they have collectively helped to build this country and to recognize their continuing contributions at home and abroad.

The Kootenay Boundary Community Services is a member of the United Community Services Co-op and the Upper Columbia Co-op Council.

Watch for local events including a celebration in front of the Kootenay Co-op, 295 Baker St., Nelson on October 18 from 11 am to 1 pm.
