As more and more people are discovering, gentle body-centered mindful explorations are an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

The Feldenkrais Method is a powerful mindful self-help approach offering students the tools they need for new possibilities to be discovered and laid down in the nervous system, leading to relief and comfort from aches and pains and entering into a new level of self connection, presence and ability in our lives.
