Kootenay Volleyball Camp Summer 2011 bumps up the local talent

More than 40 elementary and high school players have taken to the newly varnished Mount Sentinel gymnasium for the annual Kootenay Volleyball Camp Summer 2011.
The camp, skippered by Mount Sentinel Wildcats head coach, Joe Moreira, offers the latest in technical skill development, is fun and competitive and preps the players for the upcoming high school volleyball season.
Moreira is assisted in the afternoon session by Mount Sentinel High School boy’s star, Zack Grigg.
The camp is divided into two groups.
Camp 1 is for Grades 6-9 and runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Camp 2 is for the senior athletes, Grades 10-12, which goes from 5:30-9:30 p.m.
The camp concludes Thursday.
